What Foods Make You More Attractive? – Eat These Foods to Make You More Attractive

The Foods

From the best of foods that are a means to make us more attractive, in order from most to least, are:

– Spring Water (not food, I know!)
– Dates
– Sweet Potatoes
– Olive Oil
– Tomatoes
– Raw Carrots
– Wild Red Salmon
– Raw Eggs

Now let’s have a look at how to use these the best and why they are so helpful!

In The Name of God, The Most Merciful, The Ever-Merciful to His believing servants.

All praise belongs to God, may He extol His Messenger in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, his family and companions altogether.

To proceed,

Being attractive is certainly a helpful thing and something we should care about if we want to have a good effect on the world around us!

And how Great is God that He has created foods that help us to become more attractive.

Let’s look deeper:

Spring Water

Drink spring water before your meals.

There are so many ills in the diet which may be attributed, in truth, to dehydration.

Such effects include reduced attractiveness of the skin, the craving of fizzy drinks, over-eating or consumption of fast food (perhaps for the salt content), and bad sleep (which further affects attractiveness).

In addition, drinking before your meals may help you avoid the overeating which often comes with mistaking thirst for hunger!

Why Spring Water? Because a lot of tap water today contains toxins and hormones that have harmful effects on the body.

These effects may show up as acne, weight gain (from hormonal imbalances and increased toxin exposure [as the body is made to store certain toxins in fat]) and mood swings.

Spring Water is very cheap, thank God, and is the number one food to have to try and make yourself more attractive (though it’s more of a drink!)

Dates are listed here, mainly, because they are high in carbs/sugar.

Sugar is good for us, it is the fuel of the brain.

Just think, how many junk foods are craved simply because they are laced with sugar?

Some of the carb scaremongering may have come from people with a vested interest in the reduction of people’s brain fuel (not hard to think who this might be!) and helped by the fact that a lot of people classify things as carbs that are not.

For example, classifying potato chips or french fries as carbs – even though these are normally fried in large amounts of harmful cooking oils like sunflower, palm or rapeseed oils.

To avoid falling for eating junk or overeating, make sure you are adequately fueling your brain with carbohydrates, before other foods.

Why dates specifically? Dates have a long list of benefits including antioxidants for counteracting some negative effects on your body that may come from your environment, etc.

NOTE: Though carbohydrates and sugars are beneficial, refined, processed sugar may be harmful, causing inflammation in the body and other imbalances.

Sweet Potatoes

Like the above, sweet potatoes are big in carbs which is another plus.

They are listed here for that, and also their beta carotene content.

Sweet potatoes are generally easy to eat than carrots (though they are listed below also) and contain perhaps even higher beta carotene.

Beta carotene is a nutrient that when eaten has been shown to give skin a healthy “glow”.

This is actually more attractive than suntanning – and without all the difficulty which comes along with that.

In addition, excess beta carotene may be converted to Vitamin A, an essential vitamin which is commonly in deficiency.

An alternative for warmer climates may be Apricots or Apricot Juice or Papaya for even warmer climates.

Olive Oil

The Messenger of God, may God extol him in the highest company of the Angels and grant him peace, said,

“Eat olive oil and anoint yourselves with it, for it is from a blessed tree.”

Reported by At-Tirmidhi

From the benefits in Olive Oil is its containing large amounts of Vitamin E, an essential fat-soluble vitamin that plays a role in skin health and attractiveness.

How many small bottles of harmful chemicals do people use on their skin – when a litre of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is about £4 in the UK!

Olive oil might be used outside of the body for moisturising or softening the skin or other health benefits.

If you think there might be a smell, try it, there isn’t and there is great benefit in it.

This may be of great help to people in cold, dry climates like Britain where dry winter skin is common.

Tomatoes contain something called lycopene which is shown give the skin a more reddish pigment.

With these and the beta-carotene containing foods, don’t be afraid of having too many and affecting your skin overnight; they come on gradually – just observe your skin as you go.

Another benefit is that lycopene has been shown to mitigate some of the effects of sunburn, so having these around as a backup plan just in case, as too much sun ageing (without enough hydration, antioxidants and/or nutrients from foods like tomatoes) makes the skin look older.

Raw Carrots

Carrots also contain beta carotene as mentioned, but they have another great benefit.

Chewing on raw carrots is a great way of building up jaw muscles.

Jaw muscles give faces a more sculpted, lean look that is known upon reflection to be more attractive.

Like the rest of the above, these changes are not overnight, so observe for yourself as you go and take what you need.

They may also be a great way of limiting overeating, as you may become tired chewing!

Lastly, stronger jaw muscles are better for structuring the face and organising the bone structure. This means the the face will be well held by the supporting musculature, encouraging the bones to grow forward and not downward. This means higher and more forward cheekbones.

Wild Red or Pink Salmon

Red and Pink salmon contain astaxanthin which also has a beneficial effect on the skin.

There is the additional benefit of Omega 3 Fatty Acids, which are essential for the body and also have an anti-inflammatory effect (which helps to stave off disease and weight gain that oft comes along with inflammation).

Omega 3s are also helpful in supporting a healthy brain, your heart’s delegated control system, which may in turn help you to make good decision as related to your health and wellness.

These should be used especially if you have had to eat foods with bad oils to help mitigate the inflammation (though you should try to avoid this if you can to avoid the bad effects).

Also, since we are on the topic, avoiding bad fats may help you breath better through your nose also (which is where you should breathe from at rest, for example, when sleeping).

In avoiding these harmful fats, you may close your mouth at rest/sleeping so that your face may take on a more attractive appearance (the cheekbones moving up and forward).

Raw Eggs

Perhaps a surprise for some people, but raw eggs contain a number of benefits.

Why raw? Because they are lighter on the body to digest and cooking eggs kills some of the benefits in them, (and remember, less nutrient-dense food will mean having to eat more to provide your body with everything it needs!)

How are they a means to help make you more attractive? They contain Vitamin K2 which is an essential vitamin that plays a role in bone formation.

Basically, consuming lots of Vitamin K2 helps to improve bone structure (including those in the face).

Combine this with the Raw Carrots mentioned above to begin to improve your facial structure and attractiveness.

What Foods Make You More Attractive?

Replace the bad foods in your life bit by bit, starting with the most important and replacing the harmful when you are able so that you may not go back to them.

And God, The Most High, knows best.

May He extol His Messenger in the highest company of the angels and grant him peace, his family and companions altogether.
